The Social Action Committee of the Soul Tiger Organization will be responsible for ◘ Sub Event Operations Planning 2. Pool Party 3. Beach Party 4. Island Nightlife Events ◘ Developing an effective advertising campaign for this event working with the Advertising Committee. ◘ Developing the Soul Tiger Awards process of 1. Officially selecting and arranging the award categories 2. Selecting candidates as nominees 3. Voting on nominees by the Soul Tiger Community The Soul Tiger DJ’s of the Social Action Committee will be responsible for providing the musical soundtrack for the entire event where needed. (Plan to record each event live to sell on website) 2. Pool Party 3. Beach Party 4. Island Nightlife Events |

The Advertising Committee of the Soul Tiger Organization will be responsible for ◘ Developing an effective advertising campaign for this event working with the Social Action Committee. ◘ Gathering financial sponsorship support from business entities with advertising benefits provided within Soul Tiger Events. (example: Logo’s on the Official T shirt, Banner at a Event, Banner on Web Site., etc) |

The Scholarship Committee of the Soul Tiger Organization will be responsible for ◘ Implementing a scholarship contest for current LSU minorities. ◘ Initiating a sponsorship and donation drive to fund scholarship program. ◘ Announcing the winner at the Jump-Off Reception during the Awards section (Note: if the award is only a $100.00 Book
Scholarship Award, it is still worth the effort to implement this element
into the system for growth.) |

The On-Campus Committee of the Soul Tiger Organization consists of current LSU students and members of the on-campus organizations that are registered with Soul Tiger. This committee will be responsible for participating, volunteering, and assisting the organization as needed in various capacities. |

The Soul Tiger Products Division of the Soul Tiger Organization will be responsible for ◘ Managing the production process of event paraphernalia that will be sold on the web site to support the Soul Tiger Organization. 1. Clothes and Novelties (T-Shirts, Hats, Beach Towels) 2. Live recordings of the Soul Tiger DJ’s during the events to be sold. 3. Video production of the event. |
